• Is hereby granted the right to utilize an excerpt from any film submitted and accepted for competition at the Festival for promotional purposes.
• A trailer or brief clip of winning entries may also be streamed on the DOFIFF.COM website and WRPN.TV
• The individual or corporation submitting the film hereby warrants that it is authorized to commit the film for screening on WRPN.TV and DOFIFF.COM
• The Competition reserves the right to refuse entries.
• The undersigned shall indemnify and hold harmless DEPTH OF FIELD INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, and loss of or damage to the screening videos entered.

eneral Submission Rules for DEPTH OF FIELD INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL

•  We encourage you to submit electronically through FilmFreeway.com (see FAQ section for FilmFreeway below)
• No time limit for production date (see special category for ‘Dust Collector’ as Filmmakers are not required to have their films and/or trailers shown on WRPN.TV or DOFIFF.COM…it is optional: however,our distribution associates will utilize these sites to view our top films, so filmmakers run the risk on missing out on review if they do not show their film or trailer during the week of distributor review.   
• Submissions in other than English must be subtitled, dubbed or include an English transcript.
• The entry fee is per category
• Written synopsis describing entries are invited and encouraged
